A typical workshop process would be:

• Equipment received for servicing
• High pressure washing
• Shotblast to bare metal
• Initial pressure test
• MPI & wall thickness test
• Report and quotation to customer
• Carry out mechanical service/repair
• Re-Pressure test
• Third party witness
• Prime, paint, protect and tag
• Recertify
• Deliver
